  2. Improve driver health:<\/strong> More companies are offering programs to help drivers become healthier, such as on-site gyms, exercise equipment in the truck, healthy eating and weight-loss programs, and health screenings.<\/li>\n
  3. Driver home time:<\/strong> The driver fleets that enjoy low turnover are the ones who give their drivers an ample amount of at-home time.<\/li>\n
  4. Get problems solved quickly:<\/strong> Don\u2019t let drivers or any team members leave the building with unresolved issues; they will only get worse as time goes on.<\/li>\n
  5. Keep it simple:<\/strong> Don\u2019t take on more than you can handle; implement one idea at a time and build from there.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
