The higher a fleet falls on the percentile scale, the more likely they will require interventions to continue operations.<\/p>\n
To improve BASIC percentile scores, fleets need their drivers to improve their CSA scores. To do this, drivers need to cut out risky behaviors to avoid amassing violations. Fleet managers can engage their drivers in safety meetings and encourage a culture of safety at all times but this will only go so far. Without technology (and short of being in the cab with their drivers), fleet managers can only hope their drivers will follow safety standards and laws.<\/p>\n
